Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click any item that you wish to buy and they will be put in your shopping basket. You will then be directed to the secure payment pages.
For your security, payment shall be online and routed through PayPal and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Proformer invoices can also be sent so that cheque payment may be made prior to the dispatch of goods.
Account customers with previously approved details can order using invoice payment. Goods are dispatched on the condition that payment is received within 30 days of the dispatch of the goods.
All prices are in pound sterling (GBP). Prices are quoted at time of order and shall be subject to revision. We reserve the right to change our current price list without notice.

Geographical Restriction

Currently the use of the websites automatic online ordering system is restricted to the United Kingdom.
For overseas orders please use our enquiry page and we will contact you regarding transport charges and payment options.

Delivery

We do our best to supply your goods as quickly as possible, generally within five working days. Certain specialised products may take longer to deliver.
All goods are offered subject to availability. You will be advised of any delay in delivery or if your goods are not available. If your order cannot be fulfilled or is delayed beyond 21 working days you will be offered a full refund or alternative goods of equivalent quality and price.
UK delivery is FREE for orders over £80 including VAT and other delivery costs are calculated by the weight of the ordered products.

Returns Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the product may be returned within 7 days for a full refund, except certain specialised products.
You are responsible for return delivery charges and the product should be securely packed, preferably in the original packing, and returned carriage paid by recorded delivery or by courier.
We value customer feedback, good or bad, and you should enclose a note explaining the reason for the return. For packs of more than one item of the same product we will only offer a refund for one partially used item and other items in an unused condition.

Privacy

Active Cleaning Technology Ltd do not disclose buyers information to third parties. We may, from time to time use your details to send you information by e mail or post about new products and other information that you may find useful. If you would rather not receive this information please e mail us.
